New Homes Sales Professional

Saddlebrook is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced New Home Sales Professional to be part of our team. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of this role in guiding clients through the home buying and building journey and realizes the impact the role has on the success of our company and the clients we proudly serve. We offer a work environment that encourages our team to serve our clients, both internal and external. As a New Home Sales Professional with Saddlebrook, you can benefit from comprehensive training and a great team environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals through proactive selling strategies
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Attend and engage in all required customer meetings, walkthroughs, and follow-ups
  • Understand the Saddlebrook processes and communicate effectively with all involved parties in the home buying/building process to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Utilize prospecting and marketing techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and Realtors throughout the sales, construction, and warranty phases
  • Ability to work in Builders Computer Programs/ Systems
  • Accurately add new clients to our Client Management System and ensure prospects are properly categorized for effective nurturing and follow-up
  • Staff Model home at designated times and must have the ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active Tennessee Real Estate License
  • New Home Sales experience desired but not required
  • Proven closing skills in previous sales experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written
  • Great listening skills & creative problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record in prospecting and follow-up activities
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Marketing strategies and willingness to promote new home opportunities
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy approach to sales
  • Commitment to Integrity and Professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
