Customer Care and Warranty Timeline

At Saddlebrook, we aren’t shy about the fact that we boast one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the home building industry. This guarantee is backed up our comprehensive, Warranty Program to ensure that no small detail goes overlooked or unnoticed.

Customer Care Timeline

 

Day 1

Day 1

Prior to closing on your new home, you will have two walk-through’s of your home with Saddlebrook staff to ensure the house meetings your expectations of quality and completion.

After you have approved your new home, you will be given a closing packet. Complete with comprehensive information about your new home, including any and all service numbers to contact should you need immediate assistance while moving into your new home.

Day 1 is the Closing of your new Home! Congratulations! We are ecstatic to welcome you to the neighborhood.  Don’t forget to look at our seasonal tips page to keep your home in mint condition year after year.

Day 30

Day 30

After 30 days in your new home, you will submit your One Month Checklist. This checklist is submitted according to the Warranty guidelines found in your warrenty packet.

This checklist must be submitted to warranty@saddlebrookproperties.com.

As with any newly built home, there are normal, natural occurrences that happen during the first month after construction completion. Houses settle, and moistures levels adjust. These are typical and expected occurrences.

After your checklist is submitted, our Warranty team will schedule an appointment to review your list in detail. From there, you will receive an email with the contact information of the appropriate subcontractors. The subcontractors will then contact you directly to schedule appointments to repair any warrantable changes to your home.

Year 1

Before Month 12

Before the one year mark in your new home, submit your One Year Checklist according to Warranty guidelines found in your Warranty book.

This checklist must be submitted to warranty@saddlebrookproperties.com.                                                                                                                                                                           Our recommendation: it is best to keep a list throughout the year and contact Saddlebrook four weeks prior to one full year in your new home. We find this keeps any work done in your home to a minimal time period.

After your checklist is submitted, our Warranty team will schedule an appointment to review your list in detail. From there, you will receive an email with the contact information of the appropriate subcontractors. The subcontractors will then contact you directly to schedule appointments to repair any warrantable changes to your home.
