Home Plan:

Livingston · Two Story Floor Plan

3-4 Bedrooms • 2½ Bathrooms
2,312 Square Feet.

The new Livingston plan offers options of 3 bedrooms plus a bonus or a 4 bedroom plan.  The owner’s suite is on the main level in this cost effective plan.  Like most of the Saddlebrook designs, the plan is very open with an inviting flow and presentation.  The kitchen is open to the great room and offers a spacious island, walk in corner pantry and a really nice breakfast area or casual dining space.  There is also a flexible space off of the kitchen that can be utilized as a formal dining area or an office.  The garage entry brings you by a huge laundry room with options for laundry tub or additional cabinetry.  The walk in closet in the owner’s suite is huge and also offers access to the laundry room which will save a lot of steps!  The split staircase offers a landing half way up that turns and then continues on to the second floor with a window at the landing.  Upstairs, you have 2 bedrooms with walk in closets or an optional 4th bedroom or bonus.
