Home Plan:

Lantana · Open Layout Floor Plan

3 Bedrooms • 3 Bathrooms
2,099 Square Feet.

The Lantana is the same floorplan as the Laurel, but without the added bonus room on the second floor. Simply using the word “unique” would be an understatement for this new Saddlebrook plan. This plan offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the main level!  The kitchen is open to the casual dining space and looking toward the rear of the home is the spacious great room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace.  You will be impressed with the huge walk in pantry!  What great space for storage.  The owner’s suite is also off of the rear of the house and features a double tray ceiling, double split vanities in the owner’s bath and loads of space in the walk in closet. The 2 car garage includes a bump out space for extra storage or small work bench.  All 3 bedrooms are separated in the layout of this home so you have complete privacy for your visiting guests or family members.  This plan is 2,099 square feet but it feels much larger and is laid out for easy entertaining and traffic flow.
