This “Master on Main” plan is wonderful for gatherings and entertaining. The spacious entry flows into the great room with a handsome coffered ceiling then opens to the kitchen featuring a large island w/overhang seating plus café. Back hallway to formal dining room with optional Butler’s Pantry opens the flow to as much entertaining as you desire. The master bedroom is complemented by a vestibule area before stepping into the spacious room with double tray ceiling. Master bath features a large corner shower and garden tub, double bowl vanities and private water closet. Both secondary bedrooms on the 2nd floor offer walk in closets and access to full bath. Unique raised portion of bonus room makes a wonderful office space. The loft in this plan can also change to an optional 4th bedroom plus and optional bath.
