Once you’ve decided on your location and floor plan, we carefully document every request and meet with you to go over your new home contract. During this meeting, feel free to ask any questions that come to mind. We want you to feel completely confident in this process!

One of the best parts of building a new home is personalizing it to your taste and preferences. You will meet with our in-house designer in our state-of-the-art Knoxville Design Studio to select your home finishes and fixtures. We offer many options to consider and always strive to accommodate specific requests for home design.

We truly want your home to feel tailored to you! From the brick color to cabinetry and everything in between, our expert designer will guide you through the entire design process and help you choose every element of your new home.

Since we offer many opportunities for customization and floor plan additions, each Saddlebrook home is unique. Before construction, you will review plans with your builder to ensure your home is built exactly the way you imagine. This meeting is an opportunity to discuss the plans and make sure expectations are clear and lingering questions are answered before the building process begins.

Once your home is framed and under a roof, we invite you to walk through the home with your Saddlebrook agent and builder. We verify your structural specifications and give you the opportunity to add options like additional electrical outlets, cable jacks, and lighting.

This step is one of the most exciting parts of the process because you get to walk through your completed home! Alongside your Saddlebrook agent, you will tour each room to verify it is completed to your satisfaction. During the walkthrough, we will also discuss the maintenance and functions of your new home.

Closing is quick and exciting! Your Saddlebrook agent will prepare you for a smooth, enjoyable closing experience so you can get the keys to your new home as soon as possible.

Your Saddlebrook home comes with a one-year warranty for materials and workmanship. We encourage you to review your warranty to learn more about the details, procedure, and proper home maintenance.
